Allez les filles! Red Deer

On October 20, 2022, 50 teen girls from the Red Deer area attended Allez les filles at the Collicutt Centre in Red Deer. The fédération du sport francophone de l'Alberta held the event in partnership with the local francophone schools and teachers. The event included a variety of activities taught by coaches and instructors including, kinball, basketball, ball hockey, swing dance, swimming pool, climbing, cardio and soccer.

Activities were provided at all levels to ensure participation for all teen girls attending. In addition to the activities, the girls were also able to participate in a workshop about positive self esteem, the importance of staying active and other personal skill building.
