Research Participants - Newcomer Athletes & Sport Administrators/Settlement Services Sport Providers
Hamid Mustafa's, (PhD Candidate at Western University), research focuses on the inclusion and integration of newcomer immigrant athletes within the Canadian sport system, with particular attention to the institutional, structural, and policy factors that support or hinder participation.

It will also examine how organizational practices, culture, and sport policies at the federal, provincial, and National Sport Organization levels influence newcomer athletes' experiences.
