Intake Deadlines for Applicants
- April 30 (June to December requests)
- October 31 (January to May requests)
- Applicants will be notified within 30 days of the application deadline.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Applications are accepted in two intakes per year, if your application is submitted outside of these times it will not be reviewed until the next intake deadline.
- There continues to be a large increase in requests, this has resulted in more competition and InMotion has asked some groups to decrease their ask.
- In order to be successful please ensure you are focusing on barriers to participation for those who have been excluded from sport, physical activity and recreation.

- Projects must be completed within one year of the application deadline. Funding is open to InMotion Network Members only.
- Individual applicants must be working with a host not for profit organization who is supportive of this project.
