Suluu Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaching and Judging Project

Through the Take the Lead project, Suluu Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaching made significant progress in safety compliance, professional coaching development, and official judge accreditation. Six coaches completed targeted training courses and certifications to elevate program quality and safety standards. The project supported the organization to:

• Expand their competitive pathways
• Create In-House Judging and Official Representation
• Create a more sustainable coaching pipeline
• Support career growth and higher earning potential
• Have women in high performance leadership roles
