Paralympic Sports Association - Women's Para Ice Hockey Coaching

Through the Take the Lead contribution program and the Paralympic Sports Association, Tara Chisholm was able to participate in the High Performance 1 Certification from Hockey Canada. This intensive course includes a week long in person course with additional work to be completed over a year with support from a mentor coach.

She was 1 of 5 women at the course of 32 coaches and the only coach representing para ice hockey.  This opportunity was supported through InMotion Network and the Paralympic Sports Association.
