National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) - this multi-sport technical coach training focuses on developing five core competencies in every coach (problem-solving, valuing, critical thinking, leading and interacting), and aligns coaching activities with specific participants and the respective stage of their athletic development. Coaches trained and certified in NCCP modules encourage safe and welcoming environments for all participants.
NCCP Make Ethical Decisions is mandatory across most sports and lays the foundation for coaches to make ethical, legal and moral decisions in both individual and team sport.
Other NCCP Competition Introduction modules include: Planning a Practice, Design a Basic Sport Program, Teaching & Learning and Basic Mental Skills.
