Provide programs for coaches and athletes through mentorship, Black Student-Athlete Mental Health Fund for Black college and university level students, The Racial Equity Project (TREP) is a cross-sectional qualitative and quantitative study aimed at collecting race-based data outlining the experience of Black and Indigenous People of Colour in Canadian colleges and universities, and the Race, Gender, and Leadership Equity in Sport Project which works to research the Black Female Coach experience in Canadian sport.
